Windows 7 boot error after updating Internet Explorer 9 via Windows Update

If you have multiboot options, other than Windows 7, you may experience boot trouble after applying Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate machine. To repair master boot record (MBR), load your Windows installer CD and boot it up. Click "repair" and load up the Command prompt screen and enter:
bootsect.exe /nt60 all
Reboot and the IE9 will process the last part of its update and your desktop will pop up.
