From: Craigslist Team secure-client@craigslist.org

Your account posted the same item to multiple cities or categories, or more than once in 48 hours.
To unlock the suspension download the file attached.
If you choose to ignore our request, you leave us no choice but to permanently suspend your account.

Notice the recipient (me) is not defined in this email. And requiring my end to follow through with opening an attachment raises a red flag. Never open any attachment if you don't know the party sending it.
